Environmental Compatibility
UNDERBOLD® is a purely organic mixture consisting of waxes and oleine with nanotechnology, making it 100% biologically eco-friendly. Environmental sustainability is proven and meets all relevant requirements.

The UNDERBOLD® Process
A simple, efficient process for ground stabilization
Preparation
Create a preliminary profile with a grader to prepare the surface for treatment.

Milling & Mixing
Mill to a depth of 40cm with UNDERBOLD®-POD30 water mixture using a recycler (0.4L per 1m²).

Initial Compaction
Perform roller compaction with vibration (1 pass) to adjust to the previous level.

Cement Distribution
Distribute cement with a cement spreader, preferably with a suction device.

Binder Milling
Mill the binder with a recycler to integrate it with the UNDERBOLD® mixture.

Final Compaction
Perform maximum compaction with a roller (min. 16 tons) with multiple passes to achieve optimal density.

Note: The entire process from binder milling to final compaction should be completed within 2 hours for optimal results.

Water Resistance

Asphalt Recycling
